Fundi is the trading name of Men on the Side of the Road a registered NPO, governed by a constitution. Day to day management is delegated to the Director and through the director to staff and franchisees.

BOARD
The Board meets four times a year to review the activities and financial performance of the organisation. Board members are volunteers and derive no financial benefit from their involvement with the organisation. All Board members have access to the organisation its staff and records at any time.
